Step 1
Request a return
Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order code.
Step 2
Pack the item
Keep original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Step 3
Pickup or drop-off
We arrange logistics or you drop at our Lagos warehouse.
Step 4
Refund issued
Refunds land within 5–10 working days after inspection.
Eligible for return
- Unopened items in original packaging
- Items delivered damaged or defective
- Wrong item shipped
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Not eligible
- • Custom-designed or installed systems
- • Batteries that have been activated and used
- • Cables cut to length on customer request
- • Items returned after 14 days
